What is Nhlazatshe Running Club?
Nhlazatshe Running Club (NRC) is a community-based running initiative powered by PharmaAI Advisory. Our goal is simple: use movement to build stronger bodies, stronger minds and a stronger community in and around Nhlazatshe.
We make use of the beautiful mountains and roads around Elukwatini while still keeping safety, pacing and inclusivity at the centre. Whether you are a complete beginner or already training for races, you are welcome.
Who is it for?
- Beginners who want to start walking or jogging safely.
- Healthcare workers and professionals looking for a wellness outlet.
- Community members training for 5 km, 10 km or half marathons.
- Anyone in Nhlazatshe / Elukwatini who wants structured movement and support.
No pace is βtoo slowβ. We segment groups where possible so everyone has a manageable pace and distance.
